By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and w e reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice.We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
Your access to and use of the services on this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may choose not to access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Synergy and Light, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your: name, email, phone number, address and credit card info.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.synergyandlight.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Synergy and Light retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) View Cart
The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart too. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to check out of the shop or continue shopping.
(b) Check Out
If you have finished shopping, click on the Check Out button. The checkout page will give you the value of the items that you have purchased along with the taxes (if available) on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the products (for product sales only) and the shipping address. Shipping charges are now calculated and added to the item value and taxes. As a final step, select your payment method. If credit card is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your credit card. Click on the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and an email will be sent to you with the order details.
(c) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order this email will be an acknowledgment your payment has been accepted. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.
(e) Shipping and Handling Charges; Taxes
All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgment for each applicable order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose for the region in which you live. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary
All sales are final. However we do offer a return service if a received item has been sent to you damaged. We offer alterations and exchanges if your kimono has arrived and the size is not appropriate for you. Every effort is made with the kimonos to ensure the colour, the fit and the quality are of the highest standard. However sometimes, the hand sewn elements may loosen over time. If this happens please contact us by email and we will endeavour to assist you with the care of your garment.
Disclaimer – Essential Oil Products
Our perfumed oils listed in this website are made form pure essential oils so if you are pregnant of have other health concerns please check that oils listed on a product are not contraindicative to you as Synergy and Light takes no responsibility after the purchase and use of any of our our essential oil products.
Disclaimer - Kimonos
Our bespoke kimono service is a made to order service which means that we do not have the fabric in stop and will order it in especially for you. This can take two to three weeks for the shipment to arrive and then each piece must be hand made which can take up to ten days. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of all bespoke orders. Synergy and Light does not accept responsibility for delays in fabric shipments or the making of products and shipping out said order to its final destination.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.syergyandlight.com and its clothing brand Archetypa, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website of your breach of these Terms of Service.
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.synergyandlight.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Synergy and Light.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance based on the the subscription service purchased.
