Personal one-to-one sessions include an initial consultation by phone or in-person to assess your needs, followed by a personal session and program that is devised for you and your body.
You can avail of a one off consult, class and program to follow or you may wish to book a 6 week series to deepen your journey into healing.

A one-to-one session is an opportunity for a targeted approach to your yoga practice that works with your flexibility, your health concerns and your structural issues.
Individual sessions can be booked for pregnancy, for anxiety, for rehabilitation or for your own personal wellness and wellbeing.
Consultation - €20 for 30 mins
Individual Session (once off with personal yoga program) - €60 for two hours
Six week block including consult (personal classes of 1.5 hrs/week including meditation, alignments and discussion of progress) - €100
