A five week series of classes that focus on gently working the lower back to release tension and assist the body by stretching and strengthening. The first and the second class are live to develop your technique and the last three weeks are pre-recorded for you to keep and access anytime you need. As part of each class there is deep mindfulness practice to ensure the body and the mind are healing and evolving as we progress.
This five week course also includes a 30 minute consultation about your body and your general health and needs so that the five weeks are tailored specifically to you and your body because it's your yoga.
